2008 Eco Adventure Packages

Package includes Vancouver-Outpost return floatplane fare (pre-scheduled resort charters), horsedrawn wagon shuttle, deluxe Outpost accommodations, all gourmet meals, snacks, alcohol, unguided activities (kayaking, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing), and guided activities (horseback riding, ocean and/or fresh water fishing as per package allowances noted below, whale and bear watching, Wild Side First Nations Interpretive Trail, Hot Springs Cove daytrek, skeet, fly tying clinics, kayaking and canoeing, and mountain bike riding).

Also includes participation in any of the active stewardships of the resort's Conservancy Programs plus massage tent services of choice within package allowance noted below, and unlimited use of Outpost saunas and hot tubs.

Quoted rates are per person based on double occupancy. Singles supplement is $300 per day.

Applicable taxes, enviro-fee (see below), 10% gratuity and private reserve wines not included in published rates. Clayoquot Wilderness Resort is not responsible for extraordinary hotel, food and beverage, ground transport, or air carrier costs incurred due to weather-related delays or cancellations, or missed connecting flights. Travel insurance is recommended. Please refer to the Resort Policies page for booking and cancellation policies.

Environmental Sustainability Fee

As charter members of the British Columbia Wilderness Tourism Association (BCWTA), Clayoquot Wilderness Resorts has adopted a 3% Environmental Sustainablity Fee, 2% of which goes directly to the resort's Environmental Legacy Program (ELP) of Environmental Stewardships, and to reducing our carbon footprint by a target amount of 5% per year. The remaining 1% goes directly to the BCWTA in support of the good work the organization does to protect the wilderness tourism land base. The Six Environmental Stewardships comprising the ELP are Salmon Habitat Restoration, Bear Mapping, Whale Impact, Marine Habitat Inventory, Raptor Rehabilitation and Release and Roosevelt Elk Habitat Restoration. The 3% Sustainability Fee is not included in published rates and will be added to the net, pre-gratuity portion of the bill.

Fishing Allowances

Three-night packages allow for one half-day (five hours) guided ocean or river fishing per person; four-night packages allow for two half-days; seven-night packages allow for two full-days or four half-days.
