Gentle sunrise hatha flow yoga classes are offered complimentary every morning at 7:30am in studio or on the scenic waterfront deck to welcome the day. Designed for all  levels with beginner and intermediate variations for poses, this class is directed to help develop balance, strength and flexibility, while reducing stress and aid in calming the mind. 

Meditation & Breathwork

If you are new to meditation, there is no better place to begin your practice and explore the healing benefits of stillness. Our guided meditation classes, offered complimentary daily at 6:45am, will help you settle inward, calm the busy mind, and connect to your breath.

Mindful time in nature, known as ‘forest bathing’ has been proven to lower blood pressure, reduce the stress hormone cortisol, elevate mood and even boost your body’s immune response.
