Going Wild?
It's pretty casual around here! We provide all the "Gear" you will need for the activities you choose while at the Resort as well as rain jackets and pants in the event of precipitation. Please have a look at our Suggested Packing List for more information on what to bring.

Travel light
As you are flying on a small Seaplane with us from Vancouver, they have a very strict personal baggage limit of 30 lbs (13.6 kg) per person, including carry on. If you have additional luggage for a longer vacation, it can be stored in a complimentary locked storage room at the Seair Terminal in Vancouver while you are with us.

Staying in Touch
By design, the Resort is removed from urban life. We have no in-room telephone or television, but you can always stay in touch using our office's special cellular phone (per minute charges apply), or the complimentary satellite wireless internet service. Your mobile phones will not work for telephone service, however some data for emails on handheld devices will be accessible through our wireless internet.

Forgot Something?
If you happen to forget something or want a souvenir your stay, we have an impressive selection of distinctive outerwear, fleeces, hats, and long sleeve shirts, some personal items, and one-of-a-kind hand-made treasures available for purchase from our retail shop.

Special Needs
It is helpful for us to know in advance of any restrictions, allergies, or special medical conditions, so that our Chef and service staff can best serve you. Chef Orr's modern natural cuisine favours reduction sauces over cream-based, vegetable-based broths over meat stock, organic ingredients over conventional, and light healthful (and incredibly delicious) style of cooking.
