A Message to our Guests
COVID-19 Update: March 19, 2020
The health, safety and well-being of our guests and staff is paramount at Clayoquot Wilderness Resort. We are closely and actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are adhering to the guidelines put forth by the federal and provincial governments, local health officials and World Health Organization.
With the priority of our guests and staff in mind, and against a daily-changing backdrop of travel restrictions around the world, we have made the considered decision to delay the opening date of Clayoquot Wilderness Resort’s upcoming season to Thursday, June 18, 2020.
We are hopeful the spread of COVID-19 will have slowed and travel restrictions lifted by this time, but we will remain fluid as the situation evolves. Please continue to visit this page for updates.
For our guests with reservations falling in the May 21 - June 18 window, we are happy to transfer your booking to your preferred dates after June 18 with no additional charges. If you are unable to reschedule your stay within our new season dates, we will provide a full refund of any deposits. Our team will be in touch beginning today to assist with any changes.
For all other reservations, we have adjusted and relaxed our cancellation policy during this time and are working with guests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Reservations Manager Keshia Evans for more information:
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. For further information and reassurance for your travel plans, please refer to the Canadian Government’s COVID-19 Updates Page.
You and your loved ones are in our thoughts during this challenging time and we look forward to welcoming you to Canada’s magnificent Clayoquot Sound soon!
Be well and best wishes,
General Manager, Clayoquot Wilderness Resort
