Join our world class Relais & Châteaux team in beautiful British Columbia’s remote wilderness where we work together to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. The “Wild Team” is comprised of individuals from all over the world that have impeccable hospitality service standards, passion for adventure and eco-tourism, and a deep respect for the planet. Our season runs from May to October. Director of Rooms 

The Director of Rooms is responsible for the oversight and coordination of Front Desk Operations and Housekeeping/Laundry Operations. Responsibilities include leading and directing the team to maintain and exceed highest quality standards on a daily basis. Administrative Department

Reservation Agent 

As a Reservation Agent at Clayoquot Wilderness Resort you are responsible for handling guest inquiries and bookings, as well as other administrative tasks as needed. Guide Department


As a Wrangler at Clayoquot Wilderness Resort, you are responsible for caring for horses, leading guests on trail rides, giving instruction, and general barn chores. You must have experience in the western riding discipline, knowledge of western tack and all levels of horse safety measures while riding or on ground. Fly Fishing/Ocean Fishing Guide  

As a fishing guide at Clayoquot Wilderness Resort, you will guide guests on float, wade and heli-fishing trips on rivers, lakes and the ocean within Clayoquot Sound. The ideal candidate is experienced in both fly and spin-rod deep sea fishing and is committed to guest safety first and foremost.
