All-Inclusive Wilderness Adventure Packages - promise Vancouver-Resort return private seaplane transfers from YVR South River Terminal, or boat transfer from/to the Village of Tofino on Vancouver Island, horse-drawn wagon shuttle, luxury tented accommodation, all gourmet meals including snacks and alcoholic beverages, candlelit evening turn-down service and all in-room amenities, included guided activities and equipment, included relaxation massage, and unlimited enjoyment of amenity tents and waterfront lounge.

Included Guided Activities
Highly-personalized, unforgettable adventures include horseback riding, ocean* or fresh water fishing, whale & bear watching, Wildside First Nations Interpretive Trail trek, river and sea-kayaking, river rafting, archery, hiking, skeet shooting, target shooting, rock climbing, mountain biking, surfing, paintball, tree platform climbing, stand-up paddleboarding. River rafting and kayaking offered only when water levels are sufficient (generally shoulder seasons).  A yoga studio provides Flo Yoga classes every morning (in studio or on the waterfront deck).  A fitness room with an inspiring view offers motivation daily.

À la Carte Activities & Extras
Included activities are truly breathtaking, however we do offer an extraordinary menu of extras for those inclined, including: heli-hiking, heli-fishing, heli-yoga, heli-ziplining, heli-paddleboarding, heli-sightseeing and deep sea fishing (beyond included allowance).  The Healing Grounds Spa offers a choice of à la carte services including facials, body wraps, hot shaves, manicures and pedicures, plus hot stone, shiatsu, and ashiatsu massage. Our selection of included wines, spirits and special occasion cakes, pastries and chocolate is enviable, but we do offer an impressive curated collection of reserve wines, XO spirits and vintage Champagne, priced accordingly.  Pastry items like multi-tiered wedding and other custom cakes would be priced in consultation with our Executive and Pastry Chefs, and advance notice is required.

PEAK SEASON RATES - June 15 - September 7, 2017

Massage Allowance
One-hour relaxation massage per-person, included with stays of three and four nights. Two, one-hour relaxation massages per-person, included with each seven night stay.

Fishing Allowance
One half-day in-shore ocean or deep sea fishing adventure per family/group, included with stays of three or four nights.
One full-day in-shore ocean or deep sea fishing adventure per family/group, included with stays of seven nights.
*Additional deep sea fishing (in excess of two miles off-shore) excursions are charged a supplemental fee of $500 per person, minimum of two persons.

Children
Due to the intimate size and nature of the resort, children must be a minimum of six years of age.  
Children’s Rates apply to children 12 years of age and under, sharing same tent with parents or assigned, at the discretion of the resort, to one of a limited number of children’s tents across the boardwalk from ensuite and deluxe tents. Children’s tents are smaller in size and offer two twin beds or one queen bed (no sofa bed) comfort, a flush toilet in a private bathroom directly outside the tent, plus an assigned private shower and sink in a nearby showerhouse.

Singles
Due to a short resort season and limited accommodations, adult double occupancy is required in all ensuite and deluxe tents during peak season stays.  A single occupancy supplement of $600.00 per night applies during shoulder seasons.

The Family that Stays Together Saves Together
Ensuite and Deluxe Tents are really pretty roomy and the queen-size sofas beds are very comfortable, so if you are traveling with older or grown children and wish to share a tent just like when they were small, we will make it worth your while. Save $500 per night, per add-on person sharing.  Minimum three per tent, maximum four (king bed, queen pull-out and/or single cot). That’s a savings of at least $500 and as much as $1000 per night.  Offer valid during 2017 peak season stays only.

Weddings & Special Occasions
Costs for a dedicated wedding or event planner, specialty cakes, entertainment, photography, officiate, licensing, etc quoted separately.

Baggage
Baggage allowance per person on the floatplane is 40lbs (18 kilos).
Guests arriving to the resort before or after extended travel can store excess luggage securely at the floatplane terminal.

Booking & Cancellation

Due to a short resort season, a 50% deposit is taken at time of booking, with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival.  If cancellation is received and confirmed 91 days or more prior to arrival, a $500 per person cancellation fee applies.  If cancellation is received 0-90 days prior to arrival then the reservation is 100% non-refundable.

Wilderness Factor

Sometimes, due to weather, floatplane schedules are changed or amended by the operator to suit inclement weather, or include a ground transfer component. Such changes and delays are beyond our control and while we and our floatplane partners do our best to adhere to plans,  sometimes, for the safety of passengers, scheduled flights are cancelled or delayed until such time as pilots receive the all-clear to take off from YVR South Terminal to fly direct to the resort, or other destination on Vancouver Island to be supplemented by ground and/or boat transfer.   Please inquire directly with the resort re policies.
