Recently Executive Chef Ryan and his Senior Sous Chef Kaelhub hosted a gourmet evening with Chef Warren from our neighbouring Relais & Châteaux property, The Wickanninish Inn, at theRelais & Châteaux Maison in New York City. With food from our coastal waters, and wine from our Okanagan valley, the Chefs wined and dined 50 guests and media throughout the evening.

Guests of both resorts were invited to the Maison, located close to Central Park, to celebrate not only their favourite province in Canada but their favourite resorts on the west coast!
